From
a single room office, NIBS has become a full fledged mental
care center because of the hard work and dedication of the
team led by Dr. Kedar Ranjan Bannerjee, the eminent Psychiatrist.
NIBS's
vision and mission is to render complete mental health care
to all sections of the society with special stress of the
poor ones, slow learning students, teachers and those who
feel themselves in absolute solitude.
Not
only the urban people seek and have mental health care service
from NIBS, but also the the people of marooned villages
of Sunderbans get regular service 2 days a month by the
NIBS team led by Dr. Kedar Ranjan Banerjee.
